MacaPaste™ Orange Swirl Ice Cream

Our macadamia nut butter orange ice cream recipe is the perfect blend of rich macadamia nut paste and refreshing citrus flavours. Ideal for a summer day or as a special dessert.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cream
  • 1 tin condensed milk
  • 160 g white chocolate
  • 1/4 cup MacaPaste™
  • 1/4 cup marmalade If you don’t like marmelade, simply take the finely grated rind of 2 oranges

Method
 

  1. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form – be careful not to make butter. 
  2. Fold the condensed milk and melted chocolate through the cream until smooth and combined. 
  3. Spoon into a freezer safe container. 
  4. Swirl MacaPaste™, our macadamia nut butter, and marmalade through the ice-cream and leave to freeze overnight. 
  5. For added luxury, you can add 1/2 cup of chopped salted macadamia nuts.
  6. Best enjoyed within a week of making.
