MacaPaste™ Orange Swirl Ice Cream
Our macadamia nut butter orange ice cream recipe is the perfect blend of rich macadamia nut paste and refreshing citrus flavours. Ideal for a summer day or as a special dessert.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cream
- 1 tin condensed milk
- 160 g white chocolate
- 1/4 cup MacaPaste™
- 1/4 cup marmalade If you don’t like marmelade, simply take the finely grated rind of 2 oranges
Instructions
- Whip the cream until stiff peaks form – be careful not to make butter.
- Fold the condensed milk and melted chocolate through the cream until smooth and combined.
- Spoon into a freezer safe container.
- Swirl MacaPaste™, our macadamia nut butter, and marmalade through the ice-cream and leave to freeze overnight.
- For added luxury, you can add 1/2 cup of chopped salted macadamia nuts.
- Best enjoyed within a week of making.
