Chocolate MacaPaste™ date balls
Perfect for a quick snack or a post-workout boost, these date balls are packed with healthy fats, fiber, and antioxidants to keep you energized and satisfied. Easy to make and irresistibly delicious, they're a must-have addition to your healthy snack repertoire.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup MacaPaste™
- 1-2 cups cocoa powder
- 8 medjool dates
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup roasted and salted macadamia nuts Snackadamia salted works well
- 2 Tbsp cacao nibs
- 1/2 slab dark chocolate chopped
- 1 cup desiccated coconut 1/2 a cup in and /12 a cup for coating
Instructions
- Pulse the oats in a food processor until it resembles a rough flour.
- Add the MacaPaste™ , cocoa, dates, vanilla, nuts, nibs, chocolate and half of the coconut and blend until it all comes together.
- It should be soft enough to roll into balls and sticky enough to stay together.
- Roll into bite sized balls, coat in coconut and enjoy!
- Best stored in the fridge.
