Chocolate MacaPaste™ date balls

Perfect for a quick snack or a post-workout boost, these date balls are packed with healthy fats, fiber, and antioxidants to keep you energized and satisfied. Easy to make and irresistibly delicious, they're a must-have addition to your healthy snack repertoire.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup MacaPaste™
  • 1-2 cups cocoa powder
  • 8 medjool dates
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup roasted and salted macadamia nuts Snackadamia salted works well
  • 2 Tbsp cacao nibs
  • 1/2 slab dark chocolate chopped
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut 1/2 a cup in and /12 a cup for coating

Method
 

  1. Pulse the oats in a food processor until it resembles a rough flour. 
  2. Add the MacaPaste™ , cocoa, dates, vanilla, nuts, nibs, chocolate and half of the coconut and blend until it all comes together. 
  3. It should be soft enough to roll into balls and sticky enough to stay together. 
  4. Roll into bite sized balls, coat in coconut and enjoy!
  5. Best stored in the fridge.
